About Us
Julie E. Mitchell, founder of Sacre' Coeur Retreat Center has studied healing arts for over 24 years. Being a Dental Hygienist since 1991 has provided a wonderful opportunity to work in with the general public. Association research and Enlightenment at Virginia beach has been my source of inspiration and studies. Receiving many certifications over the last 14 years. Reiki Master, certified Reflexologist, Hanna Kroeger, Practitioner, Teleios Practitioner, Registered Jin Shin Do® Acupressurist (http://www.jinshindo.org/), Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor.
Julie was born in Manassas, Virginia. When asked about what brought her to the Valley, she says “I’ve always enjoyed the beauty nature brings. In 2004 I felt a calling to come to the Shenandoah Valley area and open a retreat center. The last 10 years of preparation has brought the center to a grand opening in 2014. Many blessing to all.”
